About the role
Lead and operationalize Natera's enterprise privacy program across commercial, clinical, and product environments. Embed privacy principles throughout data, technology, and innovation lifecycles while mentoring privacy team members.
What you’ll do
• Lead privacy impact assessments and regulatory analyses. • Conduct privacy reviews of contracts and legal engagements. • Embed privacy-by-design into product and software development. • Implement risk-based data governance frameworks. • Support privacy for clinical research and data use.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; IAPP certification preferred. • 8-10 years privacy and compliance experience with leadership. • Expertise in global privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA). • Experience embedding privacy in product/software development. • Familiarity with clinical research privacy and healthcare compliance.
