About the role
Provide expert data protection consultancy for a UK non-profit's online supply chain platform. Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and international data transfer laws.
What you’ll do
• Review and redraft data protection and security terms. • Define data controller position for international data visibility. • Check supplier's data processing agreement. • Write clear answers to user data protection questions. • Coordinate with client's UK solicitor and law firm on China data law.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in data protection or privacy roles. • Experience with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and international data transfers. • Reviewed or drafted terms of use and privacy notices. • Recognised qualification like CIPP/E or BCS Practitioner Certificate. • Right to work in UK and able to contract via limited company.
