About the role
This internship involves building and evaluating machine-learning forecasts for finance use cases. Interns will prepare model outputs and recommend data practices for reliable forecast updates.
What you’ll do
• Assess financial and operational data for predictive readiness. • Build baseline and machine-learning forecasts. • Evaluate accuracy and explainability with backtesting. • Prepare model outputs for Anaplan integration. • Present findings and document reproducible work.
What you’ll bring
• Pursuing degree in data science or related field. • Experience with Python, SQL, statistics, predictive modeling. • Ability to assess data quality and communicate assumptions. • Preferred: time-series forecasting and feature engineering. • Preferred: familiarity with Databricks and financial data.
