What you’ll do
• Analyze user behavior and content quality for recommendation improvement. • Optimize key recommendation scenarios like Feed and Hot Tab. • Build data metrics for content quality and community health. • Design recommendation strategies including recall and personalization. • Conduct A/B testing and evaluate algorithm impact.
What you’ll bring
• Pursuing degree in CS, Data Science, or related field. • Strong analytical skills and understanding of statistics. • Proficient in SQL and Python or similar language. • Familiar with recommendation systems and A/B testing. • Good communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
