About the role
Provide advanced database support to Japanese-speaking developers using Supabase platform. Resolve complex issues and improve product quality through close collaboration with customers and engineering.
What you’ll do
• Investigate and resolve advanced customer issues. • Provide proactive advice to optimize workloads. • Reproduce bugs and escalate with repro steps. • Communicate clearly with users at all levels. • Mentor junior team members.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in technical support or backend engineering. • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL internals. • Strong SQL and query optimization skills. • Experience with complex multi-tenant setups. • Fluent bilingual Japanese/English speaker.
