About the role
The Deal Desk Specialist supports the sales team by processing quote approvals and maintaining governance for sales transactions. This role helps maximize revenues and ensures compliance with corporate policies.
What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end quote approval requests. • Ensure quotes and contracts are complete and compliant. • Provide guidance on complex deal structures. • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal teams. • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in Deal Desk or Sales Operations. • Familiarity with accounting and revenue recognition. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Experience with SFDC, CPQ, CLM, DocuSign a plus. • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
