About the role
The Demand Planner develops and maintains accurate demand forecasts to guide inventory, procurement, and production decisions. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on expected demand.
What you’ll do
• Analyze historical sales trends and market data. • Prepare and distribute demand planning reports. • Maintain rolling forecast and enforce change request window. • Identify and escalate forecast variances or demand spikes. • Lead monthly demand review meetings and secure GM sign-off.
What you’ll bring
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities cross-functionally. • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and forecasting. • Experience with ERP and demand planning systems. • 4+ years in demand planning or related field.
