About the role
Drive deposit growth and acquire new customers for a microfinance bank across assigned branches. Meet monthly liability targets and build strong business relationships.
What you’ll do
• Mobilize savings, current, and fixed deposits. • Acquire new customers and grow deposit portfolio. • Meet monthly deposit and liability targets. • Build and maintain relationships with business owners. • Identify and pursue new deposit opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND, or B.Sc in related field. • Minimum 2 years experience in deposit mobilization. • Proven track record meeting deposit targets. • Strong relationship management and sales skills. • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
