About the role
Supervise daily depot operations ensuring timely dispatch, accurate documentation, and inventory accuracy. Maintain excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Supervise depot activities and ensure smooth operations. • Maintain documentation and record keeping of depot transactions. • Prepare periodic reports as requested. • Conduct physical stock counts and reconciliation. • Train depot staff on inventory and ERP procedures.
What you’ll bring
• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related. • 2-4 years experience in large depot or stock supervision. • Excel skills and understanding of internal controls. • Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP. • High integrity, good communication, and analytical thinking.
