About the role
Support effective inventory management by ensuring stock accuracy, documentation, and compliance. Monitor stock movements, manage expiry and quality-hold inventory, and support warehouse efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Maintain accurate inventory records and align physical stock with system balances. • Coordinate stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations. • Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with FEFO/FIFO and expiry management procedures. • Prepare inventory reports and support stock adjustments and write-offs.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting or related. • 3-5 years in inventory control or warehouse operations. • Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO and expiry management. • Proficiency in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems. • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
