Manage and develop departments in Audio, Photography, or Film/Video production. Oversee client relations, production teams, and daily operations to ensure quality and growth.

• Develop business opportunities and generate client bookings. • Plan, coordinate and oversee departmental productions. • Manage production schedules, teams, equipment and resources. • Maintain quality standards and timely project delivery. • Track revenue, expenses and departmental performance.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in Audio, Photography or Film/Video production. • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. • Good understanding of business development and client management. • Ability to manage projects and coordinate creative teams. • Willingness to work full-time on-site in Uyo.
