About the role
Lead deviation investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA development, and change controls in Pharma industry. Ensure compliance with data integrity and regulatory standards.
What you’ll do
• Lead deviation and OOS investigations. • Apply structured root cause analysis methods. • Author deviation reports and CAPA plans. • Draft risk-appropriate, measurable CAPA plans. • Ensure compliance with ALCOA+ standards.
What you’ll bring
• Undergraduate Engineering/STEM degree preferred. • 1-3 years experience. • Pharma experience preferred. • Strong technical writing skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
