About the role
Provide virtual nutrition counseling and health coaching to clients across multiple states. Support clients in developing sustainable wellness plans through a combined dietitian and health coach approach.
What you’ll do
• Onboard new clients. • Conduct client assessments. • Develop wellness vision with clients. • Guide clients in setting SMART goals. • Document and submit appointment notes.
What you’ll bring
• Current CDR RD licensure. • 3+ years 1:1 counseling/coaching experience. • NBC-HWC credential or coaching certification. • Must live in Illinois. • Specialty experience a plus.
