Lead execution and value realization of Cardinal Health's Digital Employee Experience transformation roadmap. Drive employee productivity and modernize IT service delivery through data, automation, and AI.
What you’ll do
• Own and lead DEX roadmap and governance. • Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions and automation. • Lead team monitoring endpoint telemetry and sentiment. • Translate insights into remediation initiatives. • Manage product backlog and release governance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • 7+ years DEX Product Management experience. • 3+ years leading enterprise-wide programs. • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills. • Ability to travel 10-15% if necessary.
