About the role
Digitize and archive logs and documents using specialized software. Ensure quality control and maintain document confidentiality.
What you’ll do
• Digitize logs using Neuralog software. • Maintain uniform bar-coding of documents. • Verify and QC scanned logs before archiving. • Archive logs and reports for easy retrieval. • Coordinate correspondence from Manager’s office.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. or HND in Sciences or Computer Science. • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • 5+ years experience as Log digitizer and Archivist. • Good English and report writing skills.
