What you’ll do
• Monitor health and performance of digital platforms. • Investigate and resolve complex L2/L3 incidents. • Identify service degradations proactively. • Perform root cause analysis with development teams. • Maintain operational documentation and dashboards.
What you’ll bring
• 2–3 years in application support or site reliability. • Experience managing complex L2/L3 incidents. • Hands-on with Observability tools like Dynatrace, Grafana. • Exposure to cloud environments Azure, AWS, GCP. • Professional English proficiency.
