About the role
Drive merchant acquisition and increase product adoption in the digital payments sector. Support customer acquisition and revenue growth through proactive field sales.
What you’ll do
• Provide post-onboarding support for customer retention. • Support merchants with onboarding and KYC documentation. • Maintain accurate sales activity records using CRM. • Achieve monthly merchant acquisition and activation targets. • Conduct product demonstrations and communicate benefits.
What you’ll bring
• Ability to work independently in field-based environment. • Basic digital literacy and CRM proficiency. • Good knowledge of Lagos business landscape. • 2-3 years direct sales experience in FinTech. • Experience with OPay, PalmPay, or Moniepoint mandatory. • Minimum OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
