About the role
Lead initiatives that drive category growth, retention, and new-treatment launches. Own P&L levers and cross-functional execution to grow category value.
What you’ll do
• Own initiatives moving P&L across acquisition, retention, and launches. • Drive growth and retention with growth and lifecycle teams. • Launch and scale new treatments with clinical and regulatory partners. • Deliver premium, empathetic customer experience. • Lead cross-functional teams and manage performance scorecards.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in category management or related roles. • Proven track record owning P&L and driving revenue outcomes. • Experience launching and scaling new products. • Strong analytical and financial skills. • Cross-functional leadership and bias to action.
