About the role
Lead the data science team driving customer experience through CRM decisioning models. Own strategy, modeling, and production health for customer engagement and retention.
What you’ll do
• Own customer experience science roadmap and KPIs. • Lead and develop data science and AI engineering team. • Partner with CRM, VIP, Marketing, and Data Engineering. • Drive automation of CRM operations with AI agents. • Build responsible gaming and compliance guardrails.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in data science with 3+ years leadership. • Expertise in CRM and lifecycle science models. • Strong experimentation and causal inference skills. • Experience with LLMs and AI agents in marketing. • Master's or PhD in quantitative field or equivalent.
