About the role
Lead quality engineering into the AI era, owning automation, performance, and AI-driven quality initiatives. Build and mentor teams to set standards for modern software validation at scale.
What you’ll do
• Define and lead AI-augmented quality initiatives. • Own automation strategy across UI, API, integration layers. • Lead performance and load testing strategy at enterprise scale. • Build and grow teams of engineers and architects. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and R&D leadership.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years software engineering or QA experience. • 5+ years engineering leadership at Director or senior Staff level. • Hands-on test automation architecture experience. • Experience leading performance engineering at scale. • Knowledge of AI/ML systems and quality challenges.
