About the role
Lead technology and biomarker research for cancer early detection programs. Manage a team developing next-generation cfDNA assays.
What you’ll do
• Define and execute research roadmaps for cancer early detection. • Lead and develop a team of ML and bioinformatics scientists. • Design computational research studies with validation strategies. • Partner with molecular biology teams on experimental design. • Communicate technical insights to leadership and partners.
What you’ll bring
• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related field. • 10+ years post-PhD experience with 5+ years managing teams. • Experience developing ML and statistical models on sequencing data. • Deep understanding of NGS data and genomic datasets. • Strong communication skills influencing senior scientific direction.
