About the role
Lead the firm's capital markets strategy including M&A, corporate finance, and capital structuring. Build and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do
• Lead M&A strategy and execution. • Advise on corporate finance and capital structuring. • Originate and execute project and infrastructure finance deals. • Design and launch innovative investment products. • Manage institutional distribution and pension fund engagement.
What you’ll bring
• Proven track record in M&A and project finance. • Experience launching investment funds and products. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. • Knowledge of Nigerian and global capital markets regulations. • 10-15+ years senior experience in capital markets and finance.
