About the role
Lead and grow the Data Science and Bioinformatics function supporting Natera's Women's Health and Organ Health products. Build bioinformatics capability, establish AWS infrastructure, and ensure quality of genomic algorithms.
What you’ll do
• Build and define Bioinformatics function within Data Science team. • Establish pipeline and algorithm quality standards. • Architect scalable AWS-based bioinformatics infrastructure. • Implement MLOps tooling and automated validation frameworks. • Lead, mentor, and hire bioinformaticians and data scientists.
What you’ll bring
• Master's or Ph.D. in quantitative technical discipline. • 10+ years in Data Science or Bioinformatics. • 5+ years managing technical teams. • Experience architecting AWS cloud infrastructure. • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
