What you’ll do
• Provide strategic leadership for engineering teams in North America. • Oversee technical proposals and support sales with engineered solutions. • Govern project engineering from order to completion. • Lead product development and innovation initiatives. • Collaborate with global engineering organizations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field required. • 10+ years in industrial refrigeration or related engineering leadership. • Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams. • Strong knowledge of refrigeration and compression technologies. • Proven success in global engineering collaboration.
