About the role
Lead mechanical engineering design and production for advanced AR aerospace products. Oversee ruggedized mechanical systems development for airborne environments.
What you’ll do
• Lead Mechanical Engineering team and manage staffing strategy. • Define and improve hardware engineering processes. • Ensure designs meet environmental and airworthiness standards. • Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain for cost reduction. • Drive innovation in materials and wearable system technologies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM. • 12+ years in hardware design and leadership. • Experience with ruggedized avionics hardware design. • Expertise in FEA, CFD, and aerospace standards. • Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance and US Citizenship.
