About the role
Lead Payzli's partner channel growth by recruiting and managing partner sales teams. Drive revenue through partner network expansion across agents, banks, and ISVs.
What you’ll do
• Recruit and grow partner network across agents, banks, and ISVs. • Own full partner lifecycle from prospecting to signing. • Build and manage a team of Partner Sales Representatives. • Set quotas and drive team accountability. • Create scalable processes for prospecting and onboarding.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in payments, fintech, or merchant services. • Proven track record recruiting and managing channel partners. • Prior experience building or managing sales teams. • Strong pipeline management skills. • Proficient with HubSpot or equivalent CRM.
