About the role
Lead People programs, systems, analytics, and AI strategy to enable data-driven workforce decisions. Manage a team and partner cross-functionally to improve HR technology and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Design vision, strategy, and roadmap for People programs and analytics. • Lead and develop a high-performing team. • Manage employee lifecycle programs and HR tech stack. • Establish People data governance and trusted reporting. • Define responsible AI strategy for People function.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years in People Operations with 5+ years leadership. • Experience with HRIS and Talent systems optimization. • Strong project and program management skills. • Expertise in People analytics and AI-enabled HR functions. • Excellent communication and change leadership skills.
