About the role
Lead and develop the product design team, own design principles and systems, and integrate AI into product design. Drive design quality and cohesion across product and marketing.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop a small team of product designers. • Own design principles, standards, and decision records. • Manage the Help Scout Design System as a product. • Define AI's role in product design and user experience. • Shape product direction with Product and Engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in product design, 3+ managing designers. • Exceptional product and design judgment. • Experience building or evolving design systems. • Strong point of view on AI in product design. • Skilled cross-functional and remote leader.
