Lead Axon 911's public safety strategy and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and market presence.
What you’ll do
• Lead public safety strategy and mentor team. • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing. • Gather customer feedback for product improvements. • Support market expansion and industry presence. • Optimize workflows and drive measurable outcomes.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years leadership in public safety or emergency communications. • Experience at Deputy Director level or above. • Expertise in PSAP operations and NG911 technology. • Strong strategic leadership and operational skills. • Excellent communication and customer engagement.
