About the role
Lead strategy, design, and performance of Facet's website and landing pages. Drive website transformation, optimization, and e-commerce strategy to enhance user experience and pipeline generation.
What you’ll do
• Direct content strategy and oversee testing frameworks. • Drive CRO programs and continuous A/B testing. • Own on-site search optimization and SEO strategies. • Define and lead e-commerce strategy and execution. • Lead cross-functional teams and manage agency partners.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in digital marketing and website strategy. • Expertise in CRO and landing page optimization. • Deep understanding of search landscape including AEO and GEO. • Proven leadership in complex web projects and teams. • Strong quantitative skills and data-driven decision making.
