About the role
Investigate and evaluate disability claims to determine eligibility for benefits. Manage claims through resolution ensuring accurate benefit payments.
What you’ll do
• Review medical, occupational, and policy information for eligibility. • Analyze documentation to make timely claim decisions. • Develop claim management strategies for resolution. • Communicate clearly with claimants and stakeholders. • Ensure accurate benefit payments and maintain claim data.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years in disability claims or related field. • Experience analyzing medical and policy information. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy.
