About the role
Manage project correspondence, technical documentation, and turnover dossiers for CPMO portfolio. Provide executive coordination support including meeting minutes and action tracking.
What you’ll do
• Maintain central project repository with standardized controls. • Register and track correspondence and contractor transmittals. • Compile and audit handover packages and inspection records. • Draft agendas and minutes for CPMO meetings. • Manage action logs and consolidate dashboards.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc/B.Eng or HND in relevant discipline. • 5-8 years document control experience. • Minimum 3 years on engineering/capital projects. • Experience compiling project turnover handover package. • Proficiency in SharePoint, EDMS, Aconex, and advanced MS Excel.
