About the role
Manage project correspondence, technical documentation, and turnover dossiers for CPMO portfolio. Provide executive coordination support including meeting minutes and action tracking.
What you’ll do
• Maintain central project repository with standardized controls. • Compile and audit handover packages and permits. • Register and track correspondence and drawings. • Draft agendas and minutes for CPMO meetings. • Manage action logs and consolidate dashboards.
What you’ll bring
• Experience compiling project turnover handover package. • Proficiency in SharePoint, EDMS, or Aconex. • Advanced MS Excel skills. • 5–8 years document control experience. • B.Sc/B.Eng or HND in related discipline.
