About the role
Manage environmental, social, health and safety risks across all sites and projects. Lead E&S and OHS governance, compliance, and continuous improvement for the group.
What you’ll do
• Identify and assess E&S and OHS risks for sites and projects. • Set and monitor ESMS performance indicators. • Prepare E&S reports for board and regulators. • Manage social risk and stakeholder engagement. • Oversee occupational health and safety programs.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in E&S or HSE management. • Experience with IFC Performance Standards. • Degree in Environmental Science or related field. • Experience reporting to lenders or investors. • NEBOSH Diploma or ISO auditor qualification preferred.
