About the role
Design, develop and deploy bespoke POS solutions, ensure seamless transaction processing, and provide second-level POS support. Enhance terminal configuration management and customer satisfaction through proactive transaction analysis and issue resolution.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement POS solutions. • Certify POS applications with schemes/PTSA. • Provide technical support for POS platforms. • Monitor channel performance and uptime. • Manage incidents and escalations within SLA.
What you’ll bring
• OND in Computer Science or related field. • 0-2 years IT support or digital banking experience. • Good understanding of digital channels and APIs. • Basic SQL and system log analysis skills. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
