Support Finnish-speaking customers of a global tech brand with order-related issues remotely from Portugal. Provide empathetic and efficient customer service across multiple channels.
What you’ll do
• Support Finnish-speaking customers with order issues. • Communicate professionally via phone, email, chat. • Handle sensitive data securely. • Escalate complex cases internally. • Monitor and improve KPIs.
What you’ll bring
• Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1). • Calm under pressure and problem-solving skills. • Previous customer support experience is a plus. • Flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends. • Located in or willing to relocate to Portugal.
