About the role
Support GitLab's Ecosystem go-to-market strategy execution and partner operations. Serve as a key operational resource for sellers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
• Execute partner workflows including account setup and deal registration. • Process partner quote requests and support transactions. • Guide partners and sales managers on operational questions. • Monitor data quality and support reporting. • Improve processes and support automation efforts.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in partner or sales operations or similar revenue operations. • Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes and commercial systems. • Experience with Salesforce and partner-management systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity.
