About the role
Serve as the technical bridge between Elsevier and customers to improve EHR integration and customer satisfaction. Lead integration conversations and refine processes for better clinical content delivery.
What you’ll do
• Become expert on Clinical Solutions business models. • Lead complex integration conversations with IT teams. • Maintain technical integration documentation. • Recommend and implement process improvements. • Connect teams across departments for success.
What you’ll bring
• Strong IT background with HL7, FHIR, OAuth, SAML, ADFS. • Experience with Single Sign-On and SMART on FHIR. • Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
