About the role
Lead design, integration, and qualification of complex electronic hardware systems for DoD missile defense and aerospace applications. Focus on high-reliability system design and controllable solid propulsion technologies.
What you’ll do
• Lead electrical engineer for DoD and MDA hardware development. • Manage electrical engineering team through design and test phases. • Drive electrical design execution and issue resolution. • Ensure compliance with MIL-STD and IPC standards. • Support system architecture and trade studies.
What you’ll bring
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance. • 10+ years electrical hardware design experience. • Experience leading engineering teams in product development. • Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle and MDA programs. • Proficient in analog/digital circuit design and EMI/EMC standards.
