About the role
Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in a steel melting shop environment. Ensure safety compliance and support production equipment reliability.
What you’ll do
• Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance. • Inspect and maintain transformers and switchgear. • Troubleshoot furnace control and electrical faults. • Support electrical maintenance of steel melting shop equipment. • Follow electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
What you’ll bring
• 2–5 years industrial electrical maintenance experience. • Experience in steel plant or heavy manufacturing preferred. • Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation. • Relevant electrical trade certification or apprenticeship. • ND or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related.
