About the role
Work across the full Linux stack to optimise Ubuntu for the latest silicon in PC and IoT technologies. Collaborate with partners to deliver a first-class Ubuntu experience on new hardware platforms.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement Ubuntu integration for IoT and server hardware. • Work with partners to optimise Ubuntu experience. • Lead technical customer engagements on system architectures. • Help customers integrate apps, SDKs, and build OS images. • Work with advanced OS and application technologies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM. • Experience with Linux packaging (Debian, RPM, Yocto). • Experience with open source communities and licenses. • Proficient in C and C++ programming. • Ability to work in a globally distributed team.
