About the role
Lead a team supporting government partners to build data systems and analytical capacity. Strengthen MEL systems and translate evidence into actionable policy insights.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate project activities and stakeholder engagement. • Lead policy-driven research agenda and data visualization. • Design workshops to build data engineering and analytics capacity. • Produce policy briefs and develop user-friendly dashboards. • Engage leadership to institutionalize the lab for sustainability.
What you’ll bring
• Experience supervising staff and managing multiple projects. • Excellent communication and multitasking skills. • Strong quantitative and research analysis skills. • 5+ years relevant experience, including government or NGO work. • Master’s degree preferred; proficiency in English.
