About the role
Lead IT Service Delivery across Europe, Middle East and Africa for Wabtec's Digital Workplace Solutions. Own regional strategy, operational performance, and employee experience of Digital Workplace services.
What you’ll do
• Define and execute EMEA Service Delivery strategy. • Lead Digital Workplace Service Delivery across EMEA. • Ensure consistent service delivery across locations. • Manage regional KPIs, SLAs, and service reviews. • Drive modernization through automation and innovation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 10+ years IT experience including enterprise IT Service Delivery. • 5+ years people leadership in distributed teams. • Experience managing IT services across EMEA. • Strong IT Service Management and supplier management skills.
