• Develop and implement culture and engagement programmes. • Design initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and collaboration. • Champion cultural values throughout employee journey. • Coordinate HR communications and employer branding. • Conduct surveys and analyse engagement data.
What you’ll bring
• HND/B.Sc in related field. • 7+ years HR experience with managerial level. • Experience in culture initiatives and engagement strategies. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
