About the role
Manage employee relations with focus on timely resolution and adherence to policies. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and enhance employee engagement.
What you’ll do
• Drive data-driven HR decision-making using analytics and Power BI. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. • Support change management and corporate HR initiatives. • Manage company assets and facilities protection. • Lead workforce planning and develop HR team.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced HR certifications preferred. • Minimum five years HR experience with employee relations focus. • Experience in workforce planning and organizational development. • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Power BI. • Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and compliance.
