About the role
Provide employment legal counsel to support Apollo's global workforce and People team. Handle sensitive workplace issues and build processes for consistent decisions.
What you’ll do
• Advise on hiring, performance, disciplinary actions, and separations. • Lead or oversee employee relations investigations. • Support organizational changes and severance processes. • Draft and review employment and separation documents. • Coordinate international employment advice and local counsel.
What you’ll bring
• J.D. and active U.S. state bar membership. • 6+ years employment law experience counseling employers. • Strong knowledge of U.S. and multistate employment law. • Experience with employee relations and investigations. • Ability to manage competing priorities and provide clear recommendations.
