What you’ll do
• Handle employment litigation from intake to resolution. • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation briefs. • Take and defend depositions, argue motions. • Drive case strategy and settlement negotiations. • Use AI tools and shared services to reduce admin work.
What you’ll bring
• Active California Bar license in good standing. • 2+ years employment law experience. • 2+ years litigation experience. • Experience negotiating and settling cases. • Strong writing, analytical, and strategic skills.
