About the role
Support customers in APAC by building trusted relationships and driving successful outcomes. Act as a technical advocate in pre-sales, trials, onboarding, and upsell engagements.
What you’ll do
• Deliver platform demos and technical presentations. • Train partners and sales teams on product usage. • Lead proof-of-value workshops and technical evaluations. • Support sales in pricing and commercial discussions. • Lead onboarding workshops and training sessions.
What you’ll bring
• Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and security. • 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles. • Experience leading technical workshops and demos. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customer engagements. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
