About the role
Lead enablement for Public Sector sales team to scale onboarding, training, and content programs. Ensure sellers ramp quickly and execute disciplined sales motions for government customers.
What you’ll do
• Execute and improve Public Sector onboarding modules rapidly. • Update playbooks and content within 3 business days. • Design and deliver sector-specific training within 72 hours. • Support deal execution with structured coaching. • Maintain high-adoption content system with current materials.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in sales enablement or Public Sector sales leadership. • Experience building and updating sales content quickly. • Knowledge of government procurement and buying processes. • Hands-on with sales enablement tools like Dock and Salesforce. • Strong communication and analytical skills.
