About the role
Serve as senior escalation for complex endpoint support issues. Administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms including JAMF and Mac environments.
What you’ll do
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex endpoint issues. • Administer Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Azure AD, WSUS, JAMF. • Package, test, deploy applications and OS updates. • Manage corporate and BYOD devices lifecycle. • Partner with teams for technology solutions and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years system admin experience supporting 100+ users. • JAMF and Mac experience required. • Bachelor’s in CS or related preferred. • Expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows admin. • Strong networking and security technology knowledge.
